Team members have a wealth
of experience, having eaten curry around the globe for over 20 years. From Vindaloo
in Vancouver to Balti in Bradford the team aim to bring you their versions of
what may possibly be Britain's national food.
Ever since first taking up the challenge of cooking for 100+ curry fanatics
in the mid 1980's, the team has slept, eaten and thought curry daily, in a bid
to bring their culinary love to the tables of West Yorkshire.
With few exceptions, 'Curry Nights' have been held twice a year, with the most
recent ventures being at Elland Cricket Club in the Northern town of...well...Elland.
Generally consisting of a four course gastronomic experience, these events are
suitable for all levels of 'chilli' experience, with dishes ranging from the
mild and creamy through to the hot and fiery.
The most recent
menu is available for viewing on this site, along with some sample recipes
and interesting links.
The 'Crew' generally ply their trade as a fund-raising
exercise for Pennine Brass funds and cordially invite you to browse this site, give us your
feedback and join us for the next event which will be publicised on these
pages well in advance.
